The service

Matio lets you record a walkthrough of your product and publish avatar-guided onboarding flows to your own users via an embeddable widget. Plans and their limits are described on the pricing page.

Your content and your likeness

Recordings, flows, and the digital twin generated from your recording remain yours. You may only create a digital twin of yourself or of a person who has given explicit consent through Matio’s consent step. Impersonation is grounds for immediate termination.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Matio to mislead, defraud, or impersonate.
• Don’t embed the widget on sites with unlawful content.
• Don’t attempt to extract other customers’ data or disrupt the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our merchant of record, which handles VAT. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. The Free plan requires no payment details.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Matio available and your published flows running, but the service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
